Do you require a call system (dialer) from your clients?

Yes, we require a call system be in place for our callers to use.

Why do we need a call system?

Call systems control your contacts and our callers. Most call systems regulate how many numbers can be called and when. This helps prevent accidently calling your prospects at inconvenient times. Additionally, call systems allow for call recording and monitoring, adds KPI’s to your business, and helps both sides improve where necessary.

What type of call system is best?

This typically depends on your business goals and your call list. For short list or low volume calls, we recommend several manual dialing systems. For large list or high disconnect rate list, we recommend auto dialers, this keep call going, and leads flowing. Both systems allow for recording and monitoring, both types allow for contact imports, the decision then becomes speed, volume and budget.

Do you have bilingual VA’s?

Yes, depending on what regions you are calling, we have many options to accommodate and overcome any would-be language barriers.

Do you offer one-off consulting?

Typically we do not do one-off consulting. We have found that it takes more than one call or zoom to get to the root issue, or to find a lasting solution for our clients. This is all factored into our model for pricing and timelines. We do offer a 1.5 hour brainstorming mastermind call to bounce ideas, round table, or review a project or proposal. These calls can be scheduled at anytime through our “Ask a CEO” link and it cost $560.00.

Why do you charge a setup fee for VA services?

Much like many industries and businesses, we generally operate under a “just in time” staffing model. This means that once we confirm a new client is ready to begin, we immediately contact a pool of previously trained and vetted VA’s and get them scheduled for your orientation call. Each client’s needs are slightly different than the next, so your VA is specific to you and we pair each VA according to your needs. Along with your VA, we use specific systems to track, monitor, and onboard each client and VA, which all takes time and money. Our setup fee is minimal, but it is required and it is non-refundable.

Is my business information private?

Yes, consulting with us includes an NDA, this protects both sides. We do not store any information on any servers, or house anything in hard storage. Our consultation services ideally use your secured servers for data sharing. If any information is emailed to us, we promptly return and or destroy upon contract completion. The only exceptions is for work completed or created (i.e. budget formatting, presentation templates, filing strategies, etc.) These are considered mutual IP, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. Anything generated specifically for any client and paid for by that client is considered the clients property upon completion, unless that property is already in our possession or knowledge or contact base, then said property becomes shared IP. For example, if we own a baseline budget file that we share or use to build a P&L for a client, and then complete that work, VP Complete and its assigns may continue to use said templates or files for future clients, however, if we are contracted specifically and exclusively to complete a project from ground up or rights to one of our files is included in any contract we will release said files and all future rights to that file.

Will you travel to our location?

Yes we will. This includes speaking events, round table events, masterminds, trainings, lunch and learns, touring, and inspections or audits.
